At 4am a small fishing boat arrives at St. Mawes' small harbour. A few hours later their catch are in our kitchen with our chefs. This Cornish village lives and breathes the sea. They know the coastline, the fishing landscape off the South West peninsular and they've been providing us with fantastic, fresh produce for 25 years.
